The management at Kohl's was fantastic, but one thing is they made employees CONSTANTLY do things, even if they just finished that job. Honestly a great job if you need some money and don’t want to work too hard. There are possibilities for promotions all the time due to other employees burning out rather quickly once promoted. However, This is a very boring job. I would say talk to your SM about getting fewer hours because you are part-time and not getting benefits. From my understanding part-time should be 16-25 hours. Grab an availability sheet and show it to your SM. It says on the sheet that part time works an average of 16-18 hours, for a maximum of 28 hours. •. .
